20100128-Some email services disrupted due to power outage.

Due to power outage in the Winthrop / Murdoch area, our mail servers may experience some disruption during this period. The outage occurred at about 8.50a.m. on the 28th Jan 2010. Western Power are working on the issue and we hope that they will have a resolution soon. In the mean time our servers are running on backup power systems till the issue gets resolved.

20091202 - Christmas Period Operations

Our offices will be officially closed during the Christmas/New Year period - from the 21st of December 2009 till the 4th of January 2010. We will continue to provide off site services and remote support during this period. Clients who need emergency assistance can continue to contact us via email and mobile as normal.

20090825 - DSL Service Disruption

Due to an issue at our backend service provider, some clients may have experienced an outage between the hours of 8am and 9am this morning. During a system reset, some accounts were set to zero and were suspended incorrectly. This has since been corrected and services should be running as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

20090619 - Scheduled service disruption

Internet services may be disrupted on the 25th of June due to a scheduled upgrade of the internet lines. This disruption should occur between the hours of 0300 (am) and 0600 (am). Modems may need to be restarted to re-establish connection to the ADSL service after this upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

20090609 - Mail Server Issue

We have found a problem with the database on the mail server and are working to correct the issue. The mail server will be offline from about 10pm on Tuesday 9th June till about 2am for backup and maintenance. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have the issue rectified as quickly as possible.

20090424 - IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ADSL CLIENTS

There will be planned service interruptions to ADSL services on Wednesday 29th April from 2300(pm) to Thursday 30th April
0500 (am). This is due to upgrades by our provider during this time. There may be no ADSL/Internet services during these upgrades.
In some instances, modems may need to be restarted in order to re-establish connectivity on the 30th of April (after 0500).

20090327 - DNS Changes

We will be changing our DNS servers on Friday 27/03/2009. This should have minimal effect to services, however, if you experience any issues connecting to our mail or web service, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

20090318 - Server undergoing maintenance

The mail server will be undergoing maintenance from 11.30pm to 1.30am. During this time emails and certain web sites will experience some disruptions. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. These maintenance upgrades are to improve our services in the long run. We appreciate and thank you for your patience.

Precise will be will be upgrading our web hosting and mail services to a faster line over the next few weeks. Please bear with us during this time as there may be some disruptions to service, which we will try to keep to a minimum. Most of the movements will occur in the late hours of the day and night time. 20090301 - Precise IT Website update

It has been a long time between site changes and we have finally been able to move forward and implement some updates. You may have noticed that the current site has been modified to reflect our actual business model, which is I.T. support and servicing, as opposed to I.T. retailing. Being a site that is much more dynamic than the previous, changes will be effected gradually and we apologize in advance for the 'drabness' of the new site. We are currently working to spruce it up. In the mean time, feel free to browse through and read some of the blogs too. Any comments or suggestions - please email us here. Thank you, in advance, for your patience.
